Drever

Swedish Dachsbracke
This little scenthound's origins lie in the early twentieth century when Danish and Swedish hunters crossed the Strellufstover with the Westphalian Dachsbracke.  An insatiable hunter, almost all Drevers are hunted at some time with quarry ranging from rabbit to deer, but it is also one of the most popular dog breeds in Sweden and is also very popular in Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Height can be up to 16 inches so it's slightly taller than theWestphalian Dachsbracke, weight about 33 lbs.
